One-to-One Consultations
Are you thriving or surviving?
Your body is unique, shouldn’t your nutrition / health support be as well to enable you to reach that peak of wellbeing?
I provide one-to-one personalised nutritional therapy consultations either in my clinic or online.
To make an enquiry, book a complimentary introductory 30 minute call or to make a booking contact me:
How the Consultations Work:
Following the introductory call, if we agree to work together, an initial consultation will be booked.
Before the initial consultation you will be sent a medical questionnaire, a diet diary template, and a form to list medications and supplements you are currently taking. All this information should be returned at least three days before the initial consultation. From this initial information I will do some preliminary research and preparation for the initial consultation.
The consultation will take approximately 1.5 hours where we will discuss the information supplied on the medical questionnaire, look at family history, review the diet diary and discuss your relationship with food. From the details gained, a nutrition protocol will be agreed and developed specifically for you and will be emailed to you a few days following the consultation, depending on the follow up research required. You will then put the protocol in place.
Benefit from a Truly Personalised Approach
I am based in Goathland, near Whitby, and ready to work, whether in person or online, with individual clients on a one-to-one basis. This enables me to personalise my advice to you, the client, rather than simply settle for a one-size-fits-all approach which can prove ineffectual. This is why I will always hold a consultation before putting together a tailored protocol for you. I know that what works for one person may not work for another.
Any follow-up consultations will take approximately an hour. Depending on your findings from the initial consultation and the root causes of your condition then the number of follow-up consultations will vary.
Any supplements or functional testing recommended will be charged separately depending on your need.
Nutritional Therapy is a complimentary therapy, Nutritional Therapists do not diagnose or ‘treat’ conditions and nutrition advice is not a substitute for professional medical advice and/or treatment.
